Group and Centre-Based Services enable people with disabilities to participate in community, social, and recreational activities, as well as to develop skills and achieve goals through a combination of one-on-one and group activities. Under this program, we assist our clients to live full and happy life.

Within our loving community, we help you with social inclusion and interactions so that you can find your special place among others. We aim to build a community where you can feel valued and comfortable.

We conduct regular Group and Centre-Based activities with the goal to promote socialisation. Our support workers are available 24/7 to assist you with skill-building and self-directed activities.

Upon service completion you will receive a service invoice from We Empower. You can comfortably submit your NDIS claim. If you want, we can assist you to submit the invoice directly to your NDIS plan manager.
