Frequently Asked Questions on management with NDIS

Ans :- We offer our support care services to NDIS participants only. If you are disabled yet unregistered, then we would kindly request you to register for the NDIS plan. It will not only help in getting support care services but also exclusive support from your local government.

Ans:- A support coordinator will assist with the following:

  • Build your capacity to manage your plan
  • Provide choices relevant to your wishes and needs
  • Assist in understanding the NDIS plan
  • Maximising the use of the budget allocated in your NDIS plan
  • Ensure your budget is tracking with the timeframe of the plan

Ans:- If you are a self-managed NDIS participant you can directly get in touch with us through our hotline number, 1300 936 016  or 0435 006 407 Chat with our support advisor and book your session. Upon completion of the session, we’ll send you an invoice through which you can make your payment and submit your NDIS claim.

If you have an NDIS plan manager, managing your funds, you can directly avail of our services and after completion of our service, we’ll send our invoice to your plan manager. You’ll be notified at every step of the process so that transparency is maintained.

Ans:- It can be a challenge to understand the language and terminology used in NDIS Plans, however, WE are here to help you! Following on, many people, particularly if it’s their first Plan, understandably don’t know what type of support and services are available to them and or where to get them.

Ans:- We would advise reviewing your NDIS service agreement with your current provider. Understand the terms and if you need to provide a notice period or any cancellation costs. Once the cancellation process is covered you may directly contact our care advisor, so that we can understand your needs and match you with our best and most suited care team.

Ans:- Anyone who has a disability and is registered under the NDIS can hire a disability support worker. Whether you are a child or an adult you can comfortably hire a support worker from the comfort of your home. We’ll come to you and help you achieve your dreams.
